Self Inquiry Workshop with Beth McNamee

In 1986, philosopher and writer Byron Katie developed a line of self-inquiry, entitled the Work, that teaches participants to identify and question the way they perceive and respond to the world around them. Since then, the Work has been championed as a means to alleviate depression, decrease stress, improve relationships, reduce anger, augment mental clarity, and increase energy.

Beth McNamee holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and is a certified Co-Active Life Coach. She has been a student and facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie since 2008 and is excited to offer an free introductory experience at Main Street Books.
