Tim O’Lenic has been working in a kitchen since age 14 when he was hired as a porter at a private club. Since then, he has trained under and cooked with executive chefs from around the world. Today, he is a board certified anesthesiologist and critical care physician. His career choice has not diminished his passion for fine food.
