Daily Writing Resilience with Bryan Robinson

Bryan Robinson is a licensed psychotherapist and the author of two novels and 40 nonfiction books. He applies his experiences to crafting insightful nonfiction self-help books and psychological thrillers. His multi-award winning southern noir murder mystery, Limestone Gumption, won the New Apple Book Medal for best psychological suspense, the Silver IPPY Award for outstanding mystery of the year, the Bronze Foreword Review INDIEFAB Book Award for best mystery, and the 2015 USA Regional Excellence Book Award for best fiction in the Southeast.

His most recent release is Daily Writing Resilience: 365 Meditations and Inspirations for Writers, which provides advice, inspiration, and techniques to help both seasoned authors and aspiring scribes turn roadblocks into steppingstones through exercises like meditation, breath work, yoga, stress management, gratitude, de-cluttering, and more.

At Main Street Books, Bryan will not only sign copies of Limestone Gumption and Daily Writing Resilience, but also offer a presentation for aspiring writers on resilience. Understanding resilience's particular importance for writers; effective strategies to overcome common barriers to a successful writing career; and methods writers can use to locate and maintain their reserves of resilience are but a few of the topics Bryan will cover.
